These policies are drafted to protect Falmco to the maximum lawful extent. They do not waive Falmco rights, create unlimited liability, replace signed contracts, or reduce mandatory rights that cannot be waived under Saudi law. No policy can lawfully remove every possible liability in every situation, so the wording uses enforceable limitation, exclusion, evidence, indemnity and reservation-of-rights controls.
